I'm taking on the Crunches Challenge this June for Dementia Australia

Dementia breaks my heart. Having had dementia affect my family has made the push for increased research and intervention a cause close to my heart. 

Currently, it is estimated that more than 446,500 Australians are living with dementia. Without a significant intervention, the number of Australians living with dementia is expected to increase to more than 1 million by 2065.
