I'm taking on the Crunches Challenge this July for Dementia Australia

My beautiful mum has been significantly impacted by bloody alzheimers, I’d like to make a difference in raising funding to support research to help her & many others affected by dementia.

Currently, it is estimated that more than 433,300 Australians are living with dementia. Without a medical breakthrough, the number of people with dementia is expected to increase to more than 812,500 by 2058.
