Currently, it is estimated that more than 446,500 Australians are living with dementia. Without a significant intervention, the number of Australians living with dementia is expected to increase to more than 1 million by 2065.

Crunches in June!

Sunday 10th May
This June, I am taking on the Crunches Challenge to raise vital funds for the estimated 446,500 Australians living with dementia and the 1.7 million people involved in their care. With my friend Tammy having dementia at an early age I want to support her and husband Brian to raise awareness and funds. Along with also supporting Mark & Kathie on their journey.
