I'm taking on the Crunches Challenge this June for Dementia Australia. We all know someone that has been touched in some way by dementia and it is a horrible disease! Hopefully we can find out more about it and find a solution to stop the suffering 🌻

Currently, it is estimated that more than 446,500 Australians are living with dementia. Without a significant intervention, the number of Australians living with dementia is expected to increase to more than 1 million by 2065.
