I'm taking on the Crunches Challenge this June for Dementia Australia

Dementia is a cause that means so much to me personally. Through my work supporting people living with dementia every day and seeing firsthand the impact it has on individuals and their families. Sadly, it’s also something that has touched my own family deeply. I lost my nana to dementia, and more recently, my grandfather has also been diagnosed. Because of this, this cause is incredibly close to my heart.

Right now, more than 446,500 Australians are living with dementia, and without significant intervention, that number is expected to grow to more than 1 million by 2065.

I’m raising money to help support dementia research, care, and services for those affected. Every donation, no matter the size, will help make a difference and support families navigating this difficult journey.
