Crunches Challenge 2026

I'm taking on the Crunches Challenge this June for Dementia Australia

Currently, it is estimated that more than 446,500 Australians are living with dementia. Without a significant intervention, the number of Australians living with dementia is expected to increase to more than 1 million by 2065.

Your contribution will make a world of difference for people impacted by dementia, every donation big or small counts!

Thank you so much for your support.

Doing the June Crunch Challenge for Dementia!

This June I’m taking on the crunch challenge to raise funds and awareness for dementia research and support.

I work in aged care, so I see every day the strength, humor, and dignity of people living with dementia. I also see how much families give to walk this road with them.

Dementia doesn’t discriminate. It steals memories, independence, and time. But research, care, and community can fight back.

So I’ll be doing my crunches, even on the days I’m sore and tired after a shift. Because a bit of discomfort for a month is nothing compared to what people with dementia face every day.

If you can share or donate that would be appreciated. Every dollar helps fund research, support services, and hope.
