My sister and I are taking on the 5km a Day Your Way challenge for Dementia Australia this November.
Dementia is more than just losing your memory. It impacts every facet of your life and every relationship you have.
We are doing this in memory of our beautiful Mum and all she gave to others, in the hope that some relief is brought to other families suffering from the impact of this insidious disease.
We hope you will support us in raising much needed funds xxx
