Crunches Challenge 2025

I'm taking on the Crunches Challenge this July for Dementia Australia

Each day I will complete a different number of crunches, working towards 2,500 crunches by the end of the month!

I lost my Dad in April to this horrible disease, following his 5 year fight, after being diagnosed at just 63 years old.

Currently, it is estimated that more than 433,300 Australians are living with dementia. Without a medical breakthrough, the number of people with dementia is expected to increase to more than 812,500 by 2058.

Every donation big or small counts!

Thank you so much for your support.
