I'm taking on the Crunches Challenge this July for Dementia Australia

Currently, it is estimated that more than 433,300 Australians are living with dementia. Without a medical breakthrough, the number of people with dementia is expected to increase to more than 812,500 by 2058.

8 days to go! And a few hundred crunches left to do. I'm sure this challenge has given me some abs, but they must be covered in a layer of fat as I'm yet to see them! The crunches don't hurt as much anymore so that must be a good thing 😊
