Crunches Challenge 2025

I'm taking on the Crunches Challenge this July for Dementia Australia

Currently, it is estimated that more than 433,300 Australians are living with dementia. Without a medical breakthrough, the number of people with dementia is expected to increase to more than 812,500 by 2058.

Your contribution will make a world of difference for people impacted by dementia, every donation big or small counts!

Thank you so much for your support.

Firstly, welcome to my page. Thank you for stopping by.

I've decided to take on this challenge because dementia is something close to my heart. I worked for 2.5 years in residential aged care with most of those people having dementia. It really opened my eyes to the horrible things this disease does. Although I've moved on from there, I now work in community aged care where I still see people often who are fighting dementia. The other reason dementia is so close to my heart is because we lost my husbands dear grandpa to the disease less than a year ago. Watching someone you know change so much is truly heartbreaking.

Please help me, to help these people by supporting me in this challenge.
No donation is too small.
