I'm taking on the Crunches Challenge this July for Dementia Australia

I have been so blessed to have lived my life all the way in to adulthood with all 4 of my Nonni’s! And in my 40s I still have one of my beautiful Nonna’s who lives each day with dementia.  It has been a blessing to be able to watch our family care for her but so sad that each time we visit we lose a little more of her!
