I'm taking on the Crunches Challenge this June for Dementia Australia

Dementia has hit my family directly, and we have personally experienced the challenges of navigating the support system. 

Today, more than 446,500 Australians are living with dementia. This number is projected to reach over 1 million by 2065.

To help support this incredible cause, I am taking on the crunches challenge in June to raise vital funds and awareness.
