I'm taking on the Crunches Challenge this June for Dementia Australia
Currently, it is estimated that more than 446,500 Australians are living with dementia. Without a significant intervention, the number of Australians living with dementia is expected to increase to more than 1 million by 2065.

Tardy start
Wednesday 3rd Jun So it begins...I think this is a great cause. Family members and friends of mine have been impacted by Dementia and it's very poignant to me professionally.
But I was nervous about registering... 2500 is a lot of crunches. So, 30/5/26 I gave myself a pep talk and here I am.
I'm a little late to get started but I think I can catch up. I just finished my first 100 crunches. I'm aiming to complete at least 80/day.
My stomach already hurts. Wish me luck (and support me if you can)!
