Love for Dad — Team Bobby

This June, I’m taking on the Crunches Challenge for Dementia Australia in honour of my Dad, Bob 💙

A couple of years ago Dad was diagnosed with dementia, and since then we’ve been navigating through the changes, emotions and challenges that come with this journey. Dementia doesn’t just affect memory — it slowly changes everyday life for the person living with it and for the people who love them most.

There are moments of sadness, confusion and heartbreak, but also moments that remind us how important patience, connection, love and support truly are. It’s a journey that many families quietly walk every single day.

I’m taking on this challenge to help raise awareness, support families going through similar experiences, and contribute to the incredible work done by Dementia Australia in providing care, education and hope.
