For My Dad & Grandpa: Dementia Australia Crunch Challenge 2026

This June, I'm taking on the Dementia Australia Crunch Challenge to honour a cause incredibly close to my Dad's heart, for my grandpa. 

I'm raising funds to support the vital work Dementia Australia does for those living with dementia, their families, and future research.

In Australia alone, over 446,500 people are currently living with dementia, with that number expected to more than double by 2065.
