I am raising funds for Dementia Australia in memory of my loved one.
Cathy Smith was diagnosed with Early Onset Alzheimers in 2013 after showing symptoms for some time before. After a long battle with this disease Cathy passed on 5/10/2023. Throughout her illness and decline Dementia Australia provided support and resources to Mom and to each of us. Please join us in raising funds to support other families through this terrible journey.
All donations received will support the work of Dementia Australia to make a significant difference for people living with dementia, their families and carers through vital support, services, education, training and research.
Thank you for donating to Dementia Australia in memory of Cathy Smith.
