I'm taking on Marathon Your Way!
I'm taking part in the Marathon Your Way challenge to raise funds for Australians living with dementia. You all know how personal this cause is to me as our family navigates the daily challenges with my Dad’s dementia. Dad was an amazing white water kayaker. To honour his passion for Kayaking back in his prime I am choosing to do my Marathon in the form of a Kayak from Bribie Island bypass to Coochin Creek camp ground in Beerwah on the 9th of November.

Dementia Australia provides vital services such as peer support groups, counselling, and education programs. They also operate a 24/7 National Dementia Helpline for people at all stages of their dementia journey.
