The RLD is fundraising for Dementia Australia
The recent news about Royce Simmons' Alzheimer's disease diagnosis has affected everyone in the Rugby League community. Sadly Royce is not alone, and dementia is an ongoing concern for many legends of our great game.
This June, the Rugby League Digest will be donating our Patreon earnings to Dementia Australia, and are hoping to draw on the generosity of our podcast listeners and social media followers to raise even more money for an important cause.
All funds raised will support the work of Dementia Australia to provide vital support services for people living with dementia, their families and carers. These services include counselling, support groups, education and training.
