In memory of Pamela Hooper

I am raising funds for Dementia Australia in memory of my loved one.

Thank you for donating to Dementia Australia in memory of our beautiful Pam. 

She was the matriarch of our family and will be missed dearly. 

Her later years were impacted by her dementia, it affected not only her but the ones that loved her too. 

We are fortunate that it didn't take her love for life or how she cherished those lucky enough to be around her. 

All donations received will support the work of Dementia Australia to make a significant difference for people living with dementia, their families and carers through vital support, services, education, training and research.
