I'm raising funds for people with dementia!
Dear Kilbreda Staff,
I'm raising funds for people with dementia!
But I need your help! Please make a donation to support my efforts and help me reach my goal to beat dementia.
All funds raised will support the work of Dementia Australia to provide vital support services for people living with dementia, their families and carers. These services include counselling, support groups, education and training.
My mamma Pina Mirabella, passed away last year on June 1st after having been diagnosed with
Dementia middle of 2018. Right until her last days, my family and I enjoyed talking
about and sharing family meals with her and constantly reminding her of the
wonderful meals that she nourished us all with.
We wanted to mark the celebration of her love of Sicilian food and culture with a culinary experience. Hence, I warmly invite you all to a Rosa’s Table cooking demonstration in honour of my late mother Pina Mirabella to raise funds for Dementia Australia.
Menu: “My Mamma Pina’s Favourite Sicilian Family Recipes”
$50 per head.
Please come along and enjoy a casual fun night learning about our Sicilian food culture and family recipes!
