This November I’m taking part in the 5km A Day Your Way challenge with Dementia Australia.
Each day in November I’ll be completing 5km a day, however I wish.
Every kilometre I complete, and dollar raised, helps support the 446,500 Australians living with dementia and the 1.7 million who care for them.
