I'm raising funds for people with dementia!

As an Exercise Physiologist working in aged care, I work with clients suffering from dementia everyday. I see the toll it takes on them and particularly on their families.

I am aiming to complete the Canberra 5 Peaks Challenge to raise money for Dementia Australia.

It is a 120km ride, including 5 mountains around the Canberra region, which makes it over 2000 vertical metres across the ride!

100% of funds raised will go to Dementia Australia, who provide vital support services for people living with dementia, their families and carers.

Thank you for your support.
