21KMS ON THE 21ST

World Alzheimer's Day ─ On the 21st of September every year, this date provokes to raise awareness for Alzheimer's and Dementia. 


Our family has been touched by Alzheimer’s / Dementia and next Tuesday I will be walking 21km to help raise money for people suffering from dementia. 


For those who have a loved one suffering from dementia, you'll understand the heartbreak, helplessness and grief that this disease brings into a family and affects the individual alone. 

All funds raised will support the work of Dementia Australia to provide vital services for people living with dementia, their families and carers. These services include counselling, support groups, education and training.
