Cape to Cape Walk - October 2023
Embark on a journey with a cause!
I am taking on the challenging Cape to Cape track in Western Australia, not in the usual 7 days, but pushing myself (and my knackered knees - thanks to floorlaying) to compete all 135km of rugged terrain in 5 days!
A test of endurance for a mission close to my heart - supporting Dementia Australia.
Dementia affects millions worldwide, impacting not only the patients but their loved ones as well.
Every step I take is a step towards making a difference in their lives.
