I am FT carer for my Mama and late July we got the diagnosis of severe alzheimers. . . The days can be very challenging to say the least. . . So in support of Demetia Australia, I’m raising funds for people with dementia!

This November I’m taking part in the 5km A Day Your Way challenge with Dementia Australia.

Each day in November I’ll be completing 5km a day, however I wish.

Every kilometre I complete, and dollar raised, helps support the 446,500 Australians living with dementia and the 1.7 million who care for them.
