In Loving Memory of (Patrick) Noel Hackett

Noel’s journey with Dementia Australia began in 2007, shortly before his official diagnosis of Younger Onset Alzheimer’s.

Through his connection with Dementia Australia Noel and his beloved wife, Jenny, received support both individually and as a couple, which served as a lifeline.

As Noel’s health gradually declined, the relationship he and Jenny made with the Dementia Australia team merged into friendships. That support and friendship will continue for Jenny - a legacy of Noel’s life.

 All funds raised will support the work of Dementia Australia to provide life changing support and educational services to people living with dementia, their families and carers. These services include counselling, support groups, education, training and the Dementia Support Line.
