I’m raising funds for my Mum currently living with Dementia and my Dad who we lost in 2024 to Dementia, and for all the families this horrible disease is now affecting.

This November I’m taking part in the 5km A Day Your Way challenge with Dementia Australia.

Each day in November I’ll be completing 5km a day, however I wish.

Every kilometre I complete, and dollar raised, helps support the 446,500 Australians living with dementia and the 1.7 million who care for them.
