100 Crunches a Day 2024

I'm taking on the 100 Crunches a Day in July challenge for Dementia Australia.๐Ÿงก๐Ÿ’š

Currently, it is estimated that more than 421,000 Australians are living with dementia. Without a medical breakthrough, the number of people with dementia is expected to increase to more than 812,500 by 2058.

Alot of my friends know our beautiful mum has been living with dementia for approximately 2 years and we have had a few friends who's parents have had dementia and have since passed. It's the cruellest condition around in my opinion. If I can do something to spread awareness, funding for research and just bring peoples attention to how hard it is not only on people living with dementia but also the people around them it would mean the world to me to know I helped path the difference.ย

Your contribution will help to improve the life of people impacted by dementia, every donation big or small counts! Thank you so much for your support.
