Friday 25th Aug Hi allI firmly believe that everyone can make a difference and no mater how big or small the contribution, every little bit helps and the longest journey begins with a single step.
So I am pledging that I will run 100klms in September in honour and acknowledgement of the impact of dementia on the lives of so many individuals and families, and I hope that you can support my commitment by donating towards our fundraiser.
