I'm taking on Marathon Your Way!
I'm taking part in the Marathon Your Way challenge to raise funds for Australians living with dementia.
Please help me reach my marathon target by making a donation. It only takes a minute and any amount, big or small, can transform the lives of Australians impacted by dementia, including families, friends, and carers.
Dementia Australia provides vital services such as peer support groups, counselling, and education programs. They also operate a 24/7 National Dementia Helpline for people at all stages of their dementia journey.
Thank you for your support. Together, we can transform the lives of those impacted by dementia!

Incidental walking
Sunday 13th Oct Slow but sure, I managed to do more than usual! It helped playing with our lovely grandchildren at the water park in Parkes- making the most of life! Share
Yoga and movement
Tuesday 8th Oct I continue to move, walking at work and yogalates this evening. Feeling motivated, not only from what I managed today, but also hearing of my colleagues who did a run in orange NSW and who encouraged me to keep moving! One day, I might run! Share
Every step counts!
Saturday 5th Oct I make myself walk up the stairs at work, I walk as much as possible, all the time thinking of those who live with dementia, and those who are carers! Share
Challenged
Tuesday 1st Oct Making myself walk at work and taking the stairs as I can, however, happy as I went to yogalates tonight for the first time in ages!
Slow but steady…
