I'm raising funds for people with dementia!

On the 27th March I will be hiking the Overland Track in Tasmania for 6 days — one backpack, one friend, and a whole lot of purpose and determination.

Dementia is deeply personal to me. My beautiful Nanna lives with Alzheimer’s disease, and through her journey I’ve seen firsthand the impact this condition has on individuals and families.

It’s also why I do the work I do. I’m a Dementia Support Specialist and Memory Lane Café organiser with Dementia Australia, and supporting people living with dementia is more than a job — it’s my passion. Every day I see how vital the right support, understanding and community can be, and how much it truly changes lives.

This hike is more than just 6 days on the track. It’s 6 days walking for awareness, for families, for better support — and for my Nanna.


But I need your help! Please make a donation to support my efforts and help me reach my goal to beat dementia.

All funds raised will support the work of Dementia Australia to provide vital support services for people living with dementia, their families and carers. These services include counselling, support groups, education and training.
