I'm raising funds for people with dementia!
In memory of my grandma who lived with dementia for 4 years and has just passed away I'm keen to support this cause and get some awareness out there and money raised!
But I need your help! Please make a donation to support my efforts and help me reach my goal to beat dementia. I'll be walking/running 100km over the month of May, so get around me!
All funds raised will support the work of Dementia Australia to provide vital support services for people living with dementia, their families and carers. These services include counselling, support groups, education and training.
