I'm raising funds for people with dementia!
We would like to honour the life of Frank Cefai.
After eight long years Frank, beloved husband, father, grandfather and dear friend sadly succumbed to this terrible illness on Friday the 28th of May. He will be missed by all.
All funds raised will support the work of Dementia Australia to provide vital support services for people living with dementia, their families and carers.
