I’m riding in Pedal the Map to make a difference for people living with dementia!

This November I’m challenging myself to raise funds to support people with dementia.

My contribution will help complete two laps around the world!

Monday 14th Nov
Well week 2 was more fruitful, including the legendary Newcastle Overnight ride. About 300 riders left Observatory Hill in Sydney 9pm. I rode with Browny and we arrived 5am at Merewether Baths for a very soothing swim.

Now up to 465km for the month

Thursday 10th Nov
Well, it was a rocky start. On day 2 of fundraising month I hurt my back which put me off the bike for a few days.

But, with the support of mates inspiration, made it to Derby for four days of mtb goodness. Now time for some pedalling in earnest...
Oh, and the km tracker doesnt seem to work - I think I have done about 200km so a bit behind budget....
