Dementia Devils

We are raising funds for people with dementia!

In 2025 10 of us are taking on the Great Wheelbarrow Race. We have to run with a wheelbarrow from Mareeba to Chillagoe- 140km over 3 days. We are doing this for Dementia  (Dmentia Australia) but mostly for our Grandad, our Nana & other family members that suffer from this terrible disease. It’s so common that no doubt everyone knows or has a family member that has endured this terrible illness. We hope this can help spread some awareness & also help with facility’s & research. This race is going to be very heart warming for us & we couldn’t be any more proud of ourselves to take it on. 

But we need your help! Please make a donation to support our efforts and help us reach our goal to beat dementia.

All funds raised will support the work of Dementia Australia to provide vital support services for people living with dementia, their families and carers. These services include counselling, support groups, education and training.

Come along on the 9th-11th of May 2025 & cheer us on as we reach the Finnish line.
