I am raising funds for Dementia Australia in memory of my loved one.

Thank you for donating to Dementia Australia in memory of our beloved Father, Grandfather, Husband and Dear Friend, Curt Henry Lindstrom.

Curt spent the last four years of his life, devotedly caring for his wife Linda, who was admitted into High Care Support in 2022, after developing dementia. Over these years, Curt suffered many of his own ailments and was admitted to hospital on several occasions. But these hurdles never deviated his level of commitment and support towards his beloved wife, even when it became clear that he no longer had the strength to do so.

Curt loved to help others, and if he could, would do anything to help Linda live a comfortable life. That is why we have chosen Dementia Australia as the foundation of choice in his memory.

All donations received will support the work of Dementia Australia to make a significant difference for people living with dementia, their families and carers through vital support, services, education, training and research.

Curt/Dad/Moofa/Grandad and Great Grandad I love sharing how Mum and Dad met. It's a true love story. I remember asking Mum ' Is he a good man?' She said he was. His devotion to Mum especially following her dementia diagnosis proved this. He was Curt/ Dad/ Moofa/Grandad and Great Grandad to this new English family. He was much loved and will be dearly missed by us all. Xxx

Thel Tyrell was just talking to me about one of the trips we'd made with Dad and Mum to Liverpool. We chatted about the Beatles tour we did which Dad was so chuffed to visit. We had a fabulous day!
