I'm raising funds for people with dementia!

Dementia is a condition that doesn’t just affect individuals, it deeply impacts families, friends and carers. Like many others, I’ve seen firsthand how dementia can change lives. Through this fundraiser, I want to support the work Dementia Australia does to help those living with dementia and the people who love and care for them.

The trek will take me through high altitudes, long days of walking, and physical and mental challenges but I’m taking every step in honour of those who face much tougher battles every day.

Please consider donating if you can, no amount is too small. Every dollar raised goes directly to Dementia Australia to fund support services, education, advocacy, and research.

Steps For Dementia In Her Honour!

💙 In Her Honour
This October, I’m trekking to Gokyo Ri in Nepal climbing to over 5000 metres in honour of my mother-in-law
(Catherine Chandra) who lived with dementia.
Dementia slowly takes away memories, independence, and the person you once knew. It’s heartbreaking to watch someone fade piece by piece and feel helpless.
I’m doing this to raise funds for Dementia Australia, to support families living with this cruel disease and help find a cure.
Every step I take is for her and to support thousands of families going through the same heatbreak. And every dollar you give brings us closer to a world without dementia.
