Help me help my Mum!
My mum (Ann) has Vascular Dementia!!
In the hope of making a difference for her future and that of other suffers, I am attempting to swim 100km in August. This is not only to raise awareness of this debilitating and heart breaking disease, but to raise funds desperately needed to support Dementia Australia's research.
