Like many Australians, I have recently had a loved one, my mother diagnosed with dementia and is now living in full time care. So, to honour her legacy and her commitment and support for her community throughout her life, I have decided to help raising funds for people with dementia!
I have set myself the challenge of riding my bicycle across Australia from Perth to Sydney. I will follow the coast around as best I can stopping in towns along the way including Adelaide and Melbourne for an estimated total distance to travel of 8,300 km.
My goal is to raise $10 for every kilometre I trave for a total of $83,000 to support people living with dementia and their families.
But I need your help! Please make a donation to support my

All funds raised will support the work of Dementia Australia to provide vital
support services for people living with dementia, their families and carers.

Good onya Nick. We've got a Mum with bad dementia who we look after in her own house. We look after her every day with a visit and make sure all is well, taken pills, clean up etc. She wants to shuffle off but we are prepared to keep looking after her. Best of luck Nick.
