Instead of presents this year, I'm wanting people to donate instead to this wonderful cause.
After seeing my Mum go through this and knowing what an awful disease it is, the truth is, that it was more crippling seeing my Dad lose his wife of so many years and have his own wife not know who is it recognise their children either.
It is truly heartbreaking.
Please give what you can.
