My target 156 kms
My dad and I are actually aiming to run 78km's during the month of November. My mum turned 78 this year, the year she was diagnosed with dementia.
Running has been a part of my dad's life for as long as I can remember. He passed on a love of running to me and my siblings. It seems only fitting to complete a challenge like this with him, to do what we can for mum and others who are touched by dementia.
Please help me reach my goal by making a donation. It only takes a minute and any amount you can give will go a long way to fund medical and social research and support the vital services, support groups and education programs that Dementia Australia provides to people living with dementia, their families and carers.
Thank you for your support
