I am raising funds for Dementia Australia in memory of my loved one.

In the early hours of Friday 22nd October 2021 our beautiful Nonna grew her Angel wings surrounded by her four devoted daughters.


Dementia took her from us and almost 8 years ago took her beloved husband, our Nonno, from us too. 

Dementia is a cruel, insidious disease which leaves those suffering from it with memories lost and their families with hearts broken.

The thing I always found hardest when it came to the later years of Nonna’s life is being forgotten by someone who I will never forget. I have always said that Dementia may have erased us from their memories but it could never erase us from their hearts.

On behalf of our family I have set up this fundraising page in memory of Nonno and Nonna. It is our hope that one day there may be more that can be done to slow if not stop progression of Dementia completely. The money raised will go toward research and improved treatment and management of those living with the illness.
