I am raising funds for Dementia Australia in memory of my loved one.
We have now ended our journey with Dementia following the passing of our beautiful Mum, Marion. Both mum and dad suffered from this illness and we know the toll it takes on not only the person with the disease but also their loved ones.
Instead of flowers we would invite you to donate to Dementia Australia to support their research into this disease. There will be envelopes available on Tuesday 18th 10am at Graham Family Funerals, or donate via this page.
All donations received will support the work of Dementia Australia to make a significant difference for people living with dementia, their families and carers through vital support, services, education, training and research.
