I'm taking on the Crunches Challenge this July for Dementia Australia
This challenge is extremely important to me, it means alot as it's for someone so close to my heart, yet some days so far.
Currently, it is estimated that more than 433,300 Australians are living with dementia. Without a medical breakthrough, the number of people with dementia is expected to increase to more than 812,500 by 2058.
