I'm raising funds for people with dementia!
In 2021,
Jamie is joined on a charitable quest by good friend and training partner
Russell Stringer. They will be attempting a 24 hour battle of endurance to
obtain a World Record whilst raising funds for Dementia Australia.
This time of year is a dig deep kind of year for those living with Dementia related Illness. This 24 Hour Murph attempt is now officially dedicated to those who have lost the fight and those still living with, and fighting dementia. This has always been close to Jamie’s heart after he lost his own Nan to the disease of forgetfulness. Now, two charitable fundraising machines will join forces with Jamie and Russ hoping to raise $10,000 for the cause.
What is the Murph Hero Workout?

WHILE wearing a 10kg weighted vest!!
The current record is 19.75 completed Murph Hero Workouts in 24 hours. Jamie and Russ are aiming to increase that record to 22. That’s an accumulative total of:
