I'm raising funds for people with dementia!

For my birthday this year in memoriam of my late grandfather i will be raising funds for those living with dementia and to aid the families and caregivers that support and care for those living with this disease. 

I would appreciate your help by making a donation to support my efforts and help me reach my goal. No donation is too little or too big, i would be truly grateful for any gesture. 

All funds raised will support the work of Dementia Australia to provide vital support services for people living with dementia, their families and carers. These services include counselling, support groups, education and training.
