In memory of John Saddington

I am raising funds for Dementia Australia in memory of my loved one.

John was a loving husband, an adored father, a proud Poppy, and a loyal friend whose drive in life was to care for and look after others. He never sought the spotlight, but was the steady, humble presence you could always rely on. A true gentleman who showed his values through actions rather than words. Whether it was spending time with his family, checking in on a mate, quietly helping someone in need, fighting for safe working conditions and workers’ rights or honouring our returned service men and women, John gave of himself throughout his life without ever expecting anything in return. Even as dementia changed parts of his world, it never touched his deep kindness or his instinct to protect and support those he loved and stand up for what was right.
