I'm taking on a Marathon to Remember and making a difference for people living with dementia!
As many of you know we very sadly lost my dear Uncle Ray to Dementia this year after a short battle which included being found out away from home at 1 am, moving into nursing home care, very restricted visiting and contact with loved ones due to COVID and a rapid deterioration leading to death all over the space of 8-9 months.
Therefore I’m challenging myself to complete a Marathon to raise funds to support people with dementia. I will be cycling these km's and 42 km in one go is a BIG ride for me. I've only ever done this twice before.
Please help me reach my goal by making a donation. It only takes a minute and any amount you can give will go a long way to fund medical and social research and support the vital services, support groups and education programs that Dementia Australia provides to people living with dementia, their families and carers.
Feel free to share my page with your family and friends :)
Thank you for your support

Jacaranda Tween Season ends as Summer Cicada Season Commences
Thursday 26th Nov 42km ride today to search for the last of the Jacaranda 😁 The cicadas were deafening and the heat stifling 🥵🥵 Next time I think it would be cooler to ride by the ocean with a sea breeze I should listen to my self😂😂☠️ Commenced riding at 21 C and ended at 37 C Was good to be out on the bike again but that will be the last of the Dayne rides for a few months 💕💕 Share
