I'm raising funds for people with dementia!
I am a Darwin based artist. Six years ago, I set out on a PhD journey with a focus on promoting a "life is short -Carpe diem" attitude to life. In a twist of fate, my Dad became unwell halfway through my studies. To help process, I started painting portraits of him. That personal journey has ended up becoming a large part of an exhibition. An exhibition in honour of Dad's passing and one that captures some of his story of battling dementia. People have been compassionately moved by the images and so I'm hoping to share this relatable experience to others, through this exhibition
Along with my exhibition, I'm raising funds for people with dementia!

All funds raised will support the work of Dementia Australia to provide vital support services for people living with dementia, their families and carers. These services include counselling, support groups, education and training.
