In Loving Memory of my Gran

Hi, my name is Darcy Marsh and recently I lost my Gran to a battle with dementia. Unfortunately, I saw first hand the crippling impact dementia had on my Gran and our loved ones. 

As a result, I've decided to raise money for Dementia Australia and attempt to complete the '75 Hard Challenge'. This challenge is physically and mentally taxing and the rules are as follows;

1. Drink a gallon of water per day

2. Stick to a Diet (3150 calories for me and one night of drinking alcohol per week)

3. Workout for 45 minutes per day twice (One workout must be outside)

4. Read 10 pages of a book everyday 

5. Take a progress picture everday

(Repeat 75 days in a row!) 

I will begin on April 1st!


All funds raised will support the work of Dementia Australia to provide vital support services for people living with dementia, their families and carers. These services include counselling, support groups, education and training.

Day 41 Update!

Gday guys, 
Just an update on my end! Today is day 41 of 75 and I can happily say so far so good!
I've managed to get through 1 and 1/2 books thus far and have kept up with the diet and exercise requirements!
Once again I'd appreciate any small regardless of the amount. This is a cause close to my heart so I honestly do appreciate every single cent donated!
I'm over halfway there so hopefully I can finish without failing!
